Just thought I'd share this simple card with you today - no need for detailed instructions as I think it's fairly self-explanatory!  Papers & sentiment are from the Funky Hand Tea's Up! collection & the flower digi stamp is Funky Hand too - you can find it here!

Fetch A Sketch Challenge 3

This is the card I've made using Ruth's fab sketch...

And using a lovely elegant image from our sponsor for this challenge Diane's Digital Designs. I've coloured the image with Promarkers & added some half pearls.  The Alpa-bits are from the Funky Hand Tea's Up download and are my new cardmaking obsession! The papers are My Mind's Eye 'Quite Contrary'.

Fetch A Sketch Challenge 2 Extra!

Over at Fetch A Sketch we have a little extra blog post full of inspiration for you!  It's something we plan to do at the midway point between every challenge and it's also a chance for us to announce the winner/s of the previous challenge!  Make sure you head on over for some awesome cards from the Dude Time Doodles Design Team, who are our sponsors for this challenge, & also check to see if you won Challenge 1!  Of course, both Ruth & I had another play with the sketch too & here's my card...

I've used the Bloomin' Day digi stamp printing it out twice, one version slightly larger than the first, so that I could layer up the larger butterfly above the words.  I have coloured it with Promarkers (Lime green, Magenta & Sky Blue).  The papers are My Mind's Eye 'Quite Contrary' an awesome freebie from a magazine that I found again whilst clearing out some stash! And I'm really glad I found it as it's lovely! It's amazing what you come across that you had forgotten about! I finished off the card with some doodled stitching & a tiny chipboard heart from K&Co's Rock Star range.

Fetch A Sketch Week 2!

I do hope you like the sketch?  I designed it!  It's Challenge 2 time over at Fetch A Sketch!  Ruth & I are totally overwhelmed by the support we've been receiving for our new venture & we loved visiting the blogs of those who entered Challenge 1!  We're excited to get 'hopping' to see the entries for Sketch 2!  You can find all the details on how to enter on the Fetch A Sketch blog here! 

We have an awesome sponsor this time in the form of Dude Time Doodles! My card uses their Hippy Rock Guitar digi stamp, coloured with Promarkers (Amethyst, Cool Grey 4 & Blender).  Behind it is the Barbed Wire digi stamp printed on to Safemat (remember my post on Safemat here!) and stuck on to a sheet of DCWV Rockstar paper.  I've threaded some printed twill through the paper and the little chipboard embellie is by K&Co from their "Rockstar" sticker pack.  And all mounted onto my favourite Kraft card!

A Bit More Fetch A Sketch!

As we have two sponsors for our launch challenge over at Fetch A Sketch, Ruth & I wanted to showcase both (read that as we both couldn't resist having a play with both sponsor's products!) As my previous card used Funky Hand (see my post here), my card today uses just a tiny amount of the MANY wonderful products from Polka Doodles!  I've layered elements from the Paper Boutique CD adding in just a few extra embellies...thread, metal candle (Making Memories) & gems.  And a reminder of Ruth's fantastic sketch...

Apologies for not posting for a while.

I've been having some Blogger issues! :(  Not least totally losing my Dashboard!!! grrr!  Anyway, I'm working around the problem for now & can share a card I made with the Tea's Up! Download by Funky Hand!  I just can't get enough of this download & keep using it again & again!

This one's a quick & simple 4"x4" & shows off the fab teacup paper! I've just added some ribbon, thread & tiny ribbon roses.

I shall be back first thing tomorrow morning with some more Fetch A Sketch inspiration!  Ruth & I are truly overwhelmed by the support we've been getting & are thoroughly enjoying popping round to your blogs to see what you've made!
