Bought this morning from a local house clearance place for just £20!!! And the best bit...look what's inside...
When I paid for it the chap jokingly said "...and you can have the threads for free!" Little did he know I'd have paid the same amount just for the threads & buttons & bits & bobs alone! Especially these...
Now I'm left wondering who were/are Mr & Mrs Allen and what was/is their life story...

Wow! I have some wooden bobbins just like those and I was told that they were my Great Grandma's!!!!! And I'm sure my Grandma had a box thing just like that! Lucky lucky you!
