So ages ago (back in Oct!!!) I participated in Relyn's Autumn themed swap & I thought it about time I shared with you what I received. I was very lucky to get paired with Patti... please take the time to look at her wonderful blog, that girl writes some beautiful poetry! Anyway...I really enjoyed making & buying for her.
